My girlfriend and I were in bad need of a tan in these wintry months and decided we would stop by the local Target and check out their selection of self tanners. We stumbled upon a Neutrogena gradual sunless tanning lotion that credited itself as winning a Readers Choice Award from Allure magazine “The Beauty Expert”. We had very good tan results from the lotion after the first try. It was easy to just smooth on like normal lotion and dried quickly like the brand claims. However, their claim of a fresh scent is probably not so accurate. The smell is definitely not something you would buy to use as a daily lotion. Even after several showers you can still smell a hint of the lotion on your skin. It is not something noticeable to other people but you will be able to tell it is not your normal smell. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who is not so lucky to go on a vacation over this winter break.

Glucosamine HCI 1500mg
December 16th, 2007 · No Comments
I have been taking these Kirkland brand join health dietary supplements for about 3 months and I can attest that these pills really do work. These are the first pills I have taken for joint problems so it is hard for me to compare to others that may have Glucosamine in them but I have noticed a significant increase in the overall feelings of my knees since I started taking them. As a tennis instructor I am on my knees a great deal of the time and I come home holding the rail of my staircase as I ascend them and I can say that since taking these pills that I have had increased mobility and less pain then I have had in the last 3 years. I highly recommend taking pills with Glucosamine for anyone ranging from minor to major knee or other joint problems. You can get cheap pills from Costco like I did or any other form. If you have any questions feel free to comment.

Wine and Research
December 16th, 2007 · No Comments
Drinking wine all day and researching about blogs is clearly the way to go. Most people complain that staring at a computer screen all day makes their eyes hurt. I for one can stare at a screen all day if I have to with little effect. Add wine to the mix and I can go for hours on end almost feeling like I can jump into the computer screen. I am still learning so much about blogs and am completely overwhelmed. I however feel like each day I am picking up something new and giving myself a sense of hope. I finally figured out how to change my web page theme. I like this one a lot better than before. However I still have no clue how to change most of the preset titles on the page. Let’s see what a little more wine can help me with….

Making a Web Page
December 14th, 2007 · 2 Comments
This is my first attempt to make a web page since the Geocities.com revolution. I have to admit that back then it was much easier to set up a plot of my own for free. Now since I had this “grand” idea that I could submit something useful/entertaining to the world I seemed to have been submersed into complete confubulation (Bush must have said it so it’s gotta be real). Brainstorming ideas for a site was the fun part and every idea I had sounded like the best idea I had ever heard inside my own head. After I tried to sell the idea to my girlfriend who is always supportive (even if it’s laughing at me) I began to think this site idea could be a reality. It wasn’t so much that she thought it was a great idea or anything but more so (I could have sworn “moreso” was a word, but spell check helped me out) because when she would call me she would ask if I was working on Extendedlunchbreak.com. After hearing her saying the title so many times I began to think it was real and that it sounded like a site I would want to check out from time to time or every minute of the day for 365 days a year. Then it was settled that I was going to create this website even if it was craptastic and nobody came to the site except me everyday. I have a feeling that it will take a little bit of time to turn this page into what I have in my head. I am planning for it to have a blog aspect to it but with many things to entertain people during those boring times during the day. I am hoping to add polls about topics that will make you think, caption contests for interesting pictures, a place for people to vent things about their day/work/life, movie reviews, forums on everything ranging from video games to fashion, and links to sites that I check everyday when I am bored. I’ve only been brainstorming for about two weeks so who knows where the site may end up. Hopefully someone likes it other than me. Take care and feel free to leave a comment, an idea, or a tutorial for me.
